Partnering with renowned developer G&G Business Developments LLC to translate its legendary design into an exclusive real estate venture, Aston Martin also employed the services of Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger Architects to bring its ideas to life. The result is a prestigious, one-of-a-kind building that represents the pinnacle of elegant living.

Every inch of the living space has been maximised without sacrificing natural light. Each room has an unparallel view of the surrounding scene and has been designed using the noblest materials, including premium marble, European and Bulthaup cabinetry, as well as Gaggenau appliances.

Owners will have the opportunity to work with the Aston Martin design team to customize the interiors of their home to a particular specification. Residents will have the option to install custom-built furnishings or wall fixtures made from natural Red Oak, a premium quality wood that is grown in the northernmost rural states of the U.S.

Every aspect of the Aston Martin Residence has been measured to meet the needs of today’s modern and cosmopolitan lifestyles. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami, it will consist of a full complement of amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa, large pool deck, salons, lounges and a marina, as well as 391 luxury residences and penthouses priced from $970,000 to upwards of $50 million. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2022.
